I'm extremely pleased to announce the arrival of our first collapsible bin to our Liberty Center Facility.

Utilizing the latest techniques in structural foam mold building, including Project Management, Finite Element Analysis, Solid Modeling and 3D and 2D CNC programming and machining, they have exceeded all of JenMar Manufacturing's expectations, and you - our customer will benefit from this ground-up approach to total quality.

Having worked closely with the manufacturing team in Liberty Center and Harris Material Exchange- we have been able to get all 9 structural foam molds completed in record time - allowing us to deliver our highly engineered and high quality bins to our customers in less than 1 month - including setting molds, machinery startup and independent testing certification at Michigan State University School of Packaging testing labs.
