Dear Valued Customer,

I’m pleased to announce that JenMar Manufacturing, Inc. has just completed our first year in business, and wish to thank you for your support during these past 12 months.  It has been a year of great change for JenMar – and rest assured, we will continue to improve our operations, and become an even more reliable supplier of your structural foam molded needs.

Some of the changes that we have gone through, and are continuing with are:

• Alignment of A/R, A/P and Inventory Control in our Venice headquarters, lead by Kim Epeards, Commercial Manager.
• New management team in our Liberty Center facility, lead by Ray Rutledge – Director of Operations.
• Increased employment from 7 full time employees, to 65 today.
• Acquired ISO 9001/2000 Registration in January 2006.
• Acquired 40,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space
• Purchased and installed 5 additional presses (400T, 300T and 150T and two new 750T dual screw Wilmington’s), bringing our total to 10 SF presses.
• Implemented 20 new SF molds through our mold making facility.
• All new/upgraded plumbing to all 10 presses – with new water towers and chiller systems.
• All new centralized Wittmann material handling system to all 10 presses.
• Upgraded to a new electrical system from the local utility – giving us our own dedicated power feed in our Liberty Center facility.

For the coming year, we are planning to:

• Introduce a full line of structural foam molded pallets – both export and returnable
• Introduce a full line of structural foam molded collapsible bins.
• Start construction of a 100,000 sq. foot manufacturing / warehouse expansion project.

I firmly believe, as JenMar improves, we will all benefit, from this investment which ensures that our customers and suppliers have a professional, consistent, and reliable manufacturing business to work with – focusing on quality and customer service.
