In our captive mold shop, we are able to produce lower cost tooling and guarantee the timely production and quality of our manufacturing processes. JenMar's commitment to technology ensures the most viable resources available to meet our customer's needs.

A component of our in-house tooling is that we can offer part design audits for moldability and evaluate alternatives to reduce tooling costs and production time. JenMar maintains a close relationship with the customer throughout the entire process; submitting preliminary designs for evaluation and approval, and providing finished tool prints and or database for archives. Once completed, molds are sampled and the customer is issued a first article or PPAP inspection report.
