Our advanced product design assistance guarantees the ability to foresee and identify any manufacturability and assembly complications early in the design phase; ensuring that the part design is optimized for the plastic injection of structural foam process.
Our CAD/CAM Engineering Department offers state-of-the-art software technology in 2 & 3D Wire Frame and 3D Solid platforms including, but not limited to:
File transfers of engineering data for part components can be accomplished via FTP, CD-Rom or E-Mail attachments. Simultaneous Engineering For both part and mold design, Simultaneous Engineering allows for concurrent construction of molds during the initial design phase; providing for the shortest and most economical transition into the marketplace. Project Management JenMar assigns a well versed and dedicated member of our staff as Project Manager to every job; serving as advisor on everything from the implementation of reusable packaging programs to confirming as-built dimensions with the designer. JenMar's Program Management is all encompassing, able to identify all of your needs and satisfy any of your questions and concerns. |
